I just started taking zinc supplements and I am wondering if 25 mg per day is too much for my body. I decided to take these since my skin hasn't been the greatest and I've read a lot of articles online saying that it helps.

Thanks in advance!

50 mg Zn is probably fine, but this would also depend on your weight and actual age. Talk to the dietitian that is usually present at the pharmacy.

zinc needs to be balanced with other minerals
zinc & copper need to be balanced but don't just go out & take them do some study start with ithyroid.com it's very life saving & then see a nutritionist or pharmacist or doctor, that bundle is precious cargo eh!
