Welcome to ehealthforum.
The absence of periods could suggest many possibilities including menopause. The causes for secondary amenorrhea can be many like ovarian failure, hormonal derangements, pituitary hormone axis failure, thyroid hormone problems, stress, excessive exercises, etc. A thorough examination along with various investigations done would reveal the exact cause and your chances of further pregnancy. Visit your gynecologist at the earliest to have a thorough check done to look for the exact cause for your absent periods.
Take care.
