48 yrs old, can Lydia E Pinkham help with getting pergnant?

Since last year October 2014 I have only seen my period twice and over 48years, but still want to have children,can Lydia E Pinkham help with menstruation and getting pregnant?

At age 46 you have a very good chance that you are infertile. Much greater than the chances to be fertile, And even if you are fertile, the chances of getting pregnant is very slim and can take an extrodinary length of time to achieve. This is just the facts of biology and getting older.

If you really want to get pregnant, you will have to see your doctor. Nothing you can buy ver the counter is going to help.
