User Profile
I am now 26 years old and for the last 6 years Ive been suffering with continuing infections. It started with bacterial sinusitis and right after UTI(ureaplasma). I was cured with multiply antibiotics, for about one year it was every month new ATB(mostlyfor UTI and then sinus./laryngitis),but my problems only worsen.I seemed to have chronic infections all over my body(chr. tonsilitis - underwent tonsilectomy, sinusitis, UTI, vaginal bact.) moreover the yeast inf. from ATB. Soon afterwards I was diagnosed with Autoimmune hyperthyroidism and took meds. I ve visited dozen of doctors, taking Imunor, autovaccine for vagin. inf., wobenzym with very limited results. Next year 4 times bronchial inf.. Last year I ended up with Pelvic inf. disease and eversince I suffer from pain and swelling in pelvic area. Temperature regu.elevated, immunolog. tests done. I really dont know what to do, I am exhausted, I have not been feeling well for more than 6 years now.Do u have any suggestion? T.y.

Thank you for asking

Recurrent infections in different body parts of that extent and duration point out to only one thing. Immunocompromise. It needs an infectious disease specialist. UTI and vaginal infections may have a link to the coital and toilet habits and slight modification might help.

ENT troubles might need an otorhinolaryngological assessment as there might be some anatomical deformity like deviated septum or some other trouble cauing this recuurent infections.

Your problems are mostly otorhinolaryngological an genitourinary. I believe they can be managed once immuno compromise ruled out.

Take care
