47yr Woman - new mole

Hoping someone can take a quick look. It sits in my left armpit near lymphs- have been struggling w/pain on left breast/lymph for almost a year. Mamos & ultrasounds show something but no "tumors" so they are holding off on biopsy for now. Pain does not go away during cycles. This mole is fairly new and just thought it might be the reason (?)

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

You didnt upload an image but based on your description, the mole / hyper pigmented spot is unlikely to be the cause for breast pain and lymphadenopathy. If the Mammogram & ultrasound are inconclusive and approach to the biopsy is possible then it should be done to confirm the diagnosis, in consultation with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
