Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Breast lump in teenage boys is most commonly due to hormonal changes at mid puberty and they resolve on their own after sometime. It seems he also might be having the swelling because of this only.

If there is development of any other symptom as pain, sudden increase in size, number of nodules, discharge or there is development of any unusual symptom consider visiting a Physician in that case. But right now it does not seem to be anything serious.

Take care!
