Welcome to e health forum.

A gestational sac can be seen as early as the fifth week of pregnancy or three weeks after conception.

A fetus can be detected as early as the sixth week of pregnancy and definitively after the eighth week of pregnancy when more of the development of the fetus can be seen.

It is too early in your case to indicate possibility of miscarriage. Get the scan done after 8 weeks and this should clear all doubts.
