Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i believe low mood and energy in morning despite sleeping adequate should be evaluated for Organic causes first like hypothyroidism etcetera. If everything comes clean by the book then you should get evaluated for depression and other causes. Yoga and diet classes will definitely help you get some energy back but it will need more than that to be on the track fully. Consult a psychologist and have a full psychiatric analysis to see if you lie in any depression category and get treated accordingly.

Take care.
