Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the over the counter drugs have not helped, and if it is central chest pain, squeezing type, radiating towards jaw or left shoulder, could suggest pain originating from heart and if precipitated due to strain/stress or activity or emotion could suggest angina. Do not ignore the symptoms. She should consider visiting her doctor/healthcare provider at the earliest and get an ECG done to rule out chances of heart attack. Further treatment options would be suggested based on the evaluation results to relieve her symptoms. She shodul be in regular monitoring and follow-up with her treating doctor/healthcare provider and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Hope this helps. Take care.
