My son is a 13 year old boy who has yellow phlegm daily. Please help!

Welcome to e health forum.

From the history provided it seems that he might be having a upper respiratory infection resulting in sinusitis and Bronchitis.

In case the symptoms worsen, then you might need to consult a doctor for a proper medical opinion.
