Yellow discharge after cervical cryosurgery

User Profile
After having a cervical cryosugery, I know it's normal to experience a heavy, watery discharge. But is it normal for it to be yellow? Thanks!

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Yellow discharge indicates possibility of cervical infection. Do not ignore it. Report back to your treating gynecologist for internal examination and to get the discharge tested to look for infective agent. If infection is detected, then antibiotics/medications would be started for you as indicated by your test results.
Take care.
