Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You may try with warm Sitz bath, or Caladryl lotion or Aloe vera lotion to soothe the pain or visit your doctor/gynecologist for further examination to rule out infection eth cuts (that can also delay healing). Get started on suitable treatment options (ointments or medicated douches) to help you sooth the pain. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest.
Take care.
