Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
As your menstrual cycle changes from being anovulatory (without periodic egg release from ovary) to ovulatory (with periodic egg release from ovary), the bleeding pattern also changes from being heavy and prolonged to normal flow and shorter duration. If you are worried, consider visiting your gynecologist for a thorough evaluation. Maintain good diet, drink plenty of water, sleep 6-8 hours a day, and avoid stress.
Take care.
