Welcome to e health forum.

The description of "Warm feeling " in the legs is very nonspecific description, and is not indicative of blood coagulation disorders, especially in a young 14 year female.

The description of your symptoms do not indicate that you have any major vascular condition. The symptoms may be normal changes that you may be feeling as abnormal. Your breathing issues are probably due to anxiety or panic attacks related.

Since you have not had any symptoms till now, congenital or genetic disorders related to abnormal coagulation or bleeding can be ruled out.

Some indicators of peripheral arterial disease include: claudication pain (worsened by exercise and relieved by rest), pain on walking or at rest, skin changes (atrophic or dry skin, bluish or gray discoloration, lack of hair growth on the legs, shiny skin, non-healing ulcers, erectile dysfunction in men, weak or no pulse in the legs.

Some indicators of peripheral venous disease - include swelling of the legs, abnormal veins (varicose veins), pain in the leg (occuring due to thrombotic events), inflammed red veins ( thrombophebitis), etc.

You may consult with your doctor for a physical examination which will help in clearing all your doubts or proving a proper diagnosis to your condition.
