3 years of digestive troubles, still going

So about 3 years ago I was became severely dehydrated and was sick in bed from in for about a week. A couple weeks after feeling better my abdomen(stomach, intestines, etc.) began to hurt. I went to the doctor had a barium test done that diagnosed gastritis. I was given prevacid. whether or not the gastritis has cleared up isn't the problem. since then the pain and nausea i feel every day has become worse. I recently had a CT Scan and an Upper Endoscopy done. The endoscopy also included a biopsy. Both test came up showing no changes or problems in the areas checked. I am extremely frustrated now and not sure what to do. A few people have asked me if I'm stressed out or feeling anxiety, and I can say the nausea and pain as well as the almost worthless tests are the only things that have stressed me out so I don't believe that to be the cause. Maybe someone can help me out here with an idea or thought. And by the way I'm a 21 year old male I used to weigh about 150lbs. but because of this "disorder" I'm down to about 130

I don't really try anything. I do my best to eat. Generally soups and light stuff. I drink gatorade a bit, I do my best to keep hydrated. The doctors have given me different proton pump inhibitors(acid reducers) prevacid, nexium, and dexilant and they don't do anything at all. I'm just tired of spending money and time on worthless tests for nothing. They probably make me feel worse. I was just thinking that being so severely dehydrated like that put my digestive system through some kind of trauma or something. Or maybe caused an infection. I don't really know anymore. I'm just waiting for this specialist to call me.

Some Suggestions for Abdomen Pain and Nausea
I would try finding a naturopathic physician and get tested for food sensitivities. Your symptoms can be indicative of them but tradional, mainstream doctors never mention this. The test I took tested for 125 foods with just one blood test. You could have a form of IBS due to food sensitivities and once you know what foods to avoid - it will solve all your problems. I would also get tested for candida overgrowth as that can wreck havoc as well with a GI system. A quality probiotic would be good, a good fiber (like Heather's IBS Fiber you can purchase online - organic and 100% soluble fiber) and also a good omega 3 supplement (not fish oil due to toxins - but krill oil would be good. The one I use is Super EFA by Genestra and you can buy it online or through a naturopathic physician. Genestra also makes a good probiotic I've used as well. I think once you can identify your food sensitivities and get tested for candida - you will have your answers.
