I have a 9 year old grl that has started getting pimples on her face. I have no idea how and what to use on her face. Her skin is so sensitive I don't want to use something that will break her out even more. Any suggestions Thanks tzgrl

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
She should be screened for hypothyroidism and diabetes mellitus. Topical clindamycin is safe and effective treatment in mild to moderate acnes.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
