hi. Today i was building a computer, it took several hours and i was hunched over. when i finished completing it, i stood up and almost instantly my chest tightened up incredibley. my throat became swollen and hurts to talk/breathe or even sit still. i'm in incredible pain and don't know what to do. My chest, throat/lungs and back hurt so much

I read your question and i understand your concern. This is most likely a muscle spasm and costochondritis is the likely explanation. You need modification of posture, rest for a while and see if it helps. Take some tylenol and muscle relaxants and see if it helps.
