Hi
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Sometimes urine pregnancy tests can continue to show negative results even though you are pregnant (false negative test). Look out for other symptoms of pregnancy like increased tiredness, hunger and sleep, breast soreness, nipple sensitivity, mood changes, frequent urination, cramps.
Visit your gynecologist to get examination and tests (blood beta HCG test) to confirm/rule out pregnancy. If not found to be pregnant, get hormonal analysis done to make sure there is no hormonal abnormality.
Take care.
