hi i just found out that my 2 year old daughter has gonorrhea the doctors say that she hasnt been sexually abused but they cant tell me the ways she couldve got it. I dont understand because i never had a STD before.

Maybe this is a false positive test. Repeat the test and see. If this is again positive, then either you have gonorrhea now or had it at time of her birth. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your gynecologist regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
