can u please tell me what does there is relative flattening seen of the medial aspect of the right femoral head likely related to a prominent fove centralis mean

this is a tough one if youre not a surgeon. which i am not. there is something going on at the top of your femur that fits into the hip socket. the fove centralis is the area on top of the femor onto which ligaments attach. so you better talk to the ortho surgeon about what this means.
