wrist pain evoked most by palmar pressure when dorsiflexed

I'm having a new onset problem with wrist pain. It is evoked most by palmar pressure when dorsiflexed (like if I'm giving a massage and lean into my flexed wrist.) No trauma hx, has been several weeks without improvement. Seems around capitate bone, when I feel and put pressure...hurts above and below. No real arthritis in my hands, no injury, unsure what other things could cause it (nerves, ligaments) but is very circumscribed area of discomfort. It's my right mousing hand with lots of computer time at work.

Thank you for asking

Computer activity and mouse use cause that quite often. It should be reduced and healthy activities and exercises should be preferred. Out door activities are advised. Nothing is wrong with the ligament or wrist bones. its just the posture related fatigue of wrist and surrounding muscles and ligaments.

Take care
