Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If symptoms have been persistent, you should consider taking second opinion from another gynecologist and go ahead with further thorough evaluation to look for the underlying cause and also get the tumor marker tests done to rule out/predict your chances of developing cancer (since ovarian cancer runs in your family). Further treatment options as appropriate (based on examination findings and evaluation results) would be started to help you control the symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
