would like to know what are the affect for smoking women?

I would like to know what are the affect for smoking women? Is there any difference between male smokers & women smokers in term of the body health? Will there be any risk on the women's reproduction system if they smoke?

If a women who are habitual smokers & would like to quit smoking, what are the options available & is it true it will be easier for female smoker to quit smoking compared to male smokers?

Usually after how long does a female smokers will start to feel the affect of smoking? Hope any doctors can answer my questions.

Smoking is harmful! For both men and women! And it is really harmful during pregnancy as it causes severe complications like high BP, eclampsia, low birth weight babies, premature delivery, fetal death etc. Also, the effects of smoking aggravate during the perimenopausal and menopausal time as the beneficial effects of estrogen start weaning off.

The ability to quit smoking is an individual thing and the one with a more strong mind and will power will be able to quit faster than the other. Also, having a good reason and motivation to quit smoking helps an individual quit faster. It helps to join support groups and quit smoking under medical supervision. Hope this helps. Take care!
