can extreme worry and stress cause malaise i feel so ill not bieng sick or nausea in my head if that makes any sence and in my body its so hard to decribe like i have a underlying illness i.e cancer or something as deadly

I read your question and i understand your concern. Yes stress and anxiety can lead to such symptoms and there is nothing to worry about. Just hang in there and seek a psychotherapist and take some anxiolytics for relief.
