worried that if i am or was pregnant that i lost the baby

i went to the doctors over a month ago and they did a blood test and all that and it came up and said i was pregnant but about three weeks before the doctors i had a bit of blood it wasn't my period but it wasn't a little bit and it was just that one day it wasn't a lot either like i had to wear a pad, but im just worried that if i am or was pregnant that i lost the baby then and when i went to the doctors three weeks later it was still coming up saying im pregnant, now i would be about 10 weeks pregnant but i don't know if i actually am or not i don't really feel like it but i hope i am

I appreciate your concern

Bleeding P/V in early pregnancy can be due to a number of causes. To make sure that the fetus is viable , Please get an Ultrasound done immediately to rule out fetal distress and placenta abnormalities both of which can present with bleeding among other causes.
