No. The egg drops on cycle day 14 and sperm will only last inside you for 5 days. The fertile window is often quoted as cycle days 8 thru 16 of 28.

Welcome to e health forum.

The average menstrual cycle lasts 28 days, but can vary between 24 and 35 days. Menstrual bleeding normally lasts between two and seven days, with the average being five days.

Pregnancy can occur, only when ejaculation occurs within the vagina, and when the woman is within this ovulatory phase of your cycle. This period is from day 12 to day 16 of a 28 day menstrual cycle.

If your cycle is of 35 - 40 days, then your possible ovulatory phase should lie within days (14 - 18 ) or (17 - 23) respectively.

If you had intercourse around the time of your cycles, then there is no reason to worry as there are no chance of pregnancy.
