Had a CBC and chemistry panel done and normal. Vitamin D25 low at 16 and B12 high at 1396. I have no pancreas and a type 1 diabetic. Told I look pale and having some pain issues in legs. Can these labs play a factor in these issues? Should I be concerned on the high B12? CRP also normal.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
High vitamin B12 level is due to leukemia, myeloproliferative disorders, liver disease and diabetic kidney disease.
As your CBC is normal, hence it ruled out possibility of leukaemia and myeloproliferative disorder. I would suggest you to have ultrasound abdomen and urine R/E to rule out the other causes.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
