I'm almost 24 and I just had a sudden massivee period like bleed after not having a period for over a year. Before that ii had a regular period for 6 months aa year after an emergency c section. There is no pain but my hands and feet are really cold and wont warm up. I dont have a phone of any kind to get ahold of anyon and i live in the boonies-middle of nowhere... And dont have feminine products(and can't drive)

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Its common to have such heavy periods if periods are irregular and at long intervals. You can take advil or mefenemic acid and tranexamic acid to combat this problem.
