woke up with menstrual like cramping

Hi I'm 38 weeks pregnant . Yesterday I went to my doc appointment and he checked me I was 3 cm dialated 50% effaced baby was -2 station . I bleed the day before I believe it was the ( bloody show ) and also had another after doc visit . This morning woke up with menstrual like cramping and bearly could walk because she feels that low . Am I in labor ?
