I I believe again tonight. I know eating anything b4 bed even 2 hrs previous did not help. Is that just acid reflux or something more serious? Does drinking Cold milk really help? I woke up choking, and can't shake this disgusting taste in my mouth..and I threw up, saw a little blood in it. Please help. Thanks!

Welcome to ehealthforum

Your symptoms could be suggestive of gastritis or Gall Bladder disease.Cold milk does help in relieving acid reflux symptoms.Blood in the vomitus is something which cannot be ignored and requires medical attention.
You require a complete clinical examination along with USG scan abdomen and Blood Profile which would help in the diagnosis. If required an Endoscopy would also be done to rule out reflux disease.Consider visiting a Physician earliest for evaluation.
