Welcome to ehealthforum.
Medroxyprogesterone usually does not harm fetus unless it is male fetus that can get affected due to the female hormone resulting in feminization of male fetus (that can result in hypospadias, epispadias, etc), and low birth weight etc. For further clarification and assistance, discuss with your doctor/gynecologist or discuss with perinatologist. Go ahead with getting anomaly scan done at 16-20 weeks to rule out any birth defects.
Take care.
