Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The exact cause for your weight gain needs to be evaluated to be able to suggest the right approach for the weight loss along with treatment of any underlying medical problems that could be responsible for your weight gain. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for thorough evaluation to look for the underlying cause. Get started on treatment, diet changes and exercise regime to help with the weight loss. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water.
Take care.
