Welcome to ehealthforum,
Fertigyn is a chorionic gonadotropin that is usually prescribed to women to support normal development of the egg and aid in egg release during ovulation time. Progynova contains estradiol valerate (ester form of female estrogen) which could have been prescribed to aid in better egg follicle development and maturation. Susten contains progesterone that is generally prescribed if progesterone levels are low after ovulation, or problem of luteal phase defect (LPD) is suspected (which if present hampers implantation and smooth continuation of pregnancy). The medications prescribed should help you in getting pregnant if the primary problem is lack of ovulation and LPD. Discuss with your treating doctor/gynecologist about the exact cause for your infertility/inability to conceive and the further treatment options to help you get pregnant. Continue the treatment prescribed and be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Wait and watch for your periods. If your periods are delayed, or abnormal, or if you miss your periods, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately).
Take care.
