will cephalexin affect sperm count?

I begin to take cephalexin500, will it affect sperm count.

Antibiotics usually do not affect sperm counts. If the counts are affected by infection, then it will help to improve the counts. Higher dosages or prolonged dosages might affect the count temporarily for about next 2-3 weeks. If you are trying to conceive, your partner should consider discussing about this with his treating doctor/Andrologist.
