Hysterectomy Answer A18479
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Regarding her symptoms and use of hormonal replacement therapy in presence of fibromyalgia, you would need to consult an endocrinologist. Her thyroid hormone levels can also affect her mood and libido if not under good control. HRT should have been considered when she started having low libido problems after hysterectomy for maximum benefits. Bioidentical hormonal replacement therapy is known to help. Discuss about these with her gynecologist and consider taking second opinion from an endocrinologist.
Take care.
