White/yellow layer in gap in dissolvable stitches on scrotum

2 weeks ago I had a right orchiopexy to lower a testis. Recently the stitches on my "sack" seem to have a gap in them. In the gap there is a yellow/white layer with what seems to be stitches underneath. Some of the stitches have split pressumably because they are supposed to dissolve and some of the laceration has scabbed. I am only 14 and I am quite worried Sad

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dont worry . Stitches resorb on its own and leave the stitch area like this. Just make sure it does not get infected and wait for it to heal.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
