I have a small white lump on my right testicle and it won't pop like a pimple and won't go away and that's the only one I have. What could it be?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern.
As the white lump is on the testicle, there two possibilities, sebaceous cyst and genital wart.
Sebaceous cyst is formed due to blocked sebaceous glands, excessive testosterone production or swollen hair follicle while genital wart is caused by HPV virus.
I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist to evaluate it as without examination diagnosis is tough.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
