white discharge, a period pain feeling but higher up

im normally really regular with my periods and now im 10 days late!! me and my long term partner are using the 'removal' method but i understand this isn't a term of contraception. for the last few days i have have a white discharge, a period pain feeling but higher up more around the belly button area, and i have just had the tiniest (and i mean tiny!) amount of blood in my discharge.
What do you think this may be please..many thanks

Cooper, if you are pregnant it would be from sex Christmas Eve or shortly before. Late, lotion discharge and pain behind belly button are among the early signs. How about unusual fatigue, more frequent peeing, breast and nip signs, unusual gut function, hot flashes, emotions etc? You could run a home pregnancy test on first pee tomorrow morning and it would have a very good chance of telling true.

Welcome to e health forum.

Your symptoms and history are very limited and a proper diagnosis cannot be made.

The possible symptoms that are common in pregnancy include - Missed periods, Breast tenderness, Nausea in the early morning, Vaginal discharge from pinkish white to brownish, Spotting, Fatigue and Increased urge to urinate.

Diagnosis of pregnancy cannot be done just based on the signs and symptoms within a few days of conception.

The best and easy way to confirm if you are pregnant would be to do a urine pregnancy test at home.

Home pregnancy urine tests are very sensitive and are around 97% accurate when done correctly. Such tests can be done at least 1 day after you have missed your monthly period (which otherwise where normally regular). If it is negative, a repeat test after 7 days of missing the period, would definitely be confirmatory.

In case of any doubts, consulting your OBGYN Doctor would also be recommended who can provide you clear information if you are pregnant or not.
