I have a white coating all over my tongue and dark green areas as well that were not there 2 days ago. I have also been having stomach pains that feel like constant hunger pains (even if I've just eaten) off and on for the past day or so. Should I be concerned? (I do not have medical insurance and don't want to go to the doctor unnecessarily)Thank you.
