Whiplash, anxiety, other health problems...

Hello, back in January I rode a roller coaster and started hearing my heartbeat in my ear. It still hasnt gone away, only relieved if I push right behind my ear lobe.. I've had some intermitten pain as well. I've been very fatigued, depressed, and tired. I have no motivation and get anxiety mo often than usual. I've seen doctors and my prolactin levels are elevated, I have an mri next week. I also saw an ENT and they are referring my to an I ner ear specialist Along with a few tests. I've been to the hospital for chest pain and breathing trouble around the time I had bronchitis in April which ended up as pluerisy. It seems to be reoccuring. I had an ekg, echocardiogram, bloodwork looking for clots and such.. At it all came back normal. When I was 17 I was diagnosed with pcos, bur I stopped the medicine because I was young and made a bad decision. I'm 21 now and have an appointment with a gyno to sort that out. Mor recently ive had tension headaches, and upper neck/ back pain.as well as middle/ lower back pain . It hurts to move my head too fast and cerrtain directions. Ive felt out of it, or brain fogged more frequently, and ive had insomnia with anxiety upon waking and also wakingnup often. Sometimes i Wake up and i feel like my body isnt.
. I can move but it just feels numb or Difficult to get my body going.. I also wake up with arms asleep or side of my face depending how i lay( im overweight and sleep weird so i believe it to be that) It takes like 20 min..I've gained a lot of weight that made me very under active. (265") i dont like googling or using webmd becaus it always highlights the worst case scenario. The only other thing I can imagine is that I have an ache from looking Down at my phone and I pad all the time..Or just feel bad for being so overweight for someone 5"2... I . I'm really at a loss and feel sooooo not myself. I really could use some help. :/ Ive had a very stressful life and traumatic experiences as a child. I had 5 surgeries for a cyst in my throgloossal area. It would rupture and make me sick constantly, and block my airway. It took years before a good surgeon made sure all of the cells were taken out as well as gutting the entire area behind the tongue where it would form. Thankfully it wasn't cancerous, and I'm very lucky to be able to alive considering a lot of the complications.. I know some things can be attributed to anxiety, but it's very hard to accept. I feel so right minded in all other aspects of my life, and it's just hard for me to accept and chuck it up to anxiety. Although I can say I've felt depressed, and I don't like the idea of medicine to get me out of this rut.. I've also had asthma my entire life, and recently started symbicort. When I wake up I often feel pain in mynlung for a little while.. Can the medicine be causing this? Allergies? My stomach has been sensitive my entire life as well.. I throw up more often with the anxiety..I cut out greasy food and soda that seemed to help but I get bouts of diarrhea and constipation with stomach pain all the time.. I took prilosec and itnhelped with acid reflux....I feel sick after eating and have had very bad gas/gas pains for as long as I could remember. . I also have nausea in the mornings and vomit bile or phlegm ( but I've been this way since I was a little girl)
Could this be whiplash from the rollrcoaster??

Sorry for the long post... But I have a lot going on.

Symptoms of damage to back of neck
Hello

I have identical issues they started about 3 months after a car crash. My ears always seem full, feeling sick, really tired, emotional, it was put down to ME or CFS which I really did not accept.

I have worked out is a measure of vertigo and damage to nerves. The back of your neck works all your balance, eyes, ears and digestive system, it all links here.
There is cases of Viral attack to this area mainly ME and there Limes diseases it you have been bitten by ticks that cause similar symptoms.

Its taken me a year to start to work things out. I have more scans a tests than anyone can imagine and consultants and doctors all told I was in great shape in every way.

Do you have any mild pain or stiff neck, do you use a computer a lot ? Do you feel worse in the morning but better towards the end of the day ?

Yes! I feel better as the day wears on..Buy still not 100%... i am excessively tired throughout the day...... I am constantly looking down at my phone which causes the sore neck. I went to the hospital last week they checke my lungs and heart and found nothing for the chest pain/asthma.. I was given voltaren for pleurisy or injury to chest.. My wbc count was elevated and yesterday i had a lump in my throat and woke up with a painful lump on the right backside of my neck. I think im actually coming down with an infection... This is so out of control... I just keep waking up with symptoms and my family is starting not to listen... It feels really helpless.. As far as the pulse tinnitus i Occasionally have pain.. When i press slightly on my neck behind my ear it lessens.. As well as when i take a few deep breaths to relax... Scheduled for a bunch of tests to rule out numerous possibilities...

Ears ringing and depression
Hello. I fell in May and hit the back of my head so hard I chipped my front tooth. Also had whiplash! Dr. concluded I had a concussion. Now my ears ring whenever I shake my head and I wake up in the morning feeling depressed. My family too is starting to look away. Can a concussion/whiplash cause all these symptoms 4+ months later. I feel better today reading your posts. Thanks - jeudi
