Which would be the better supplement in the summertime?

I work hard and sometimes drink 10 liters a day.

Up to 20l when it is extreme.

Here are two diff electrolyte tablets:

Would either be better, or safer?

One has phosphorous, and the other has Vit B 6, Iron, and Iodine.

Not sure those 3 are actually beneficial tho.

Here is the question without the need for the links (which were removed).

Looking at 2 diff tablets for the summertime.

Sometimes drink 10l a day, and up to 20 in extreme weather.

Both tablets are similar (cal/mag/chloride/magnesium), but one has phosphorous, while the other has Vit B 6, Iron, and Iodine.

Is it safe, or a good idea, to take Vit B 6, Iron, and Iodine, this way (ie perhaps 2-3x the RDI and repeatedly during the day)?
