Hello,
The pregnancy test is negative which means you are definitely non-pregnant.But this is also unusual that you are having an absent cycle for prolonged period of 2 to 3 months.Meet any endocrinologist or any OBG consultant for an opinion as the.re is a need of detailed investigation about your inner hormonal balances and medicines accordingly

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. With negative pregnancy tests, pregnancy is ruled out, confirmation by an ultrasound is advised followed by work up for other causes of menstrual delay like hormonal imbalance etc.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
