Welcome to e health forum.

The issues you have mentioned are common in advanced cases of parkinsonism. Optimisation of the medications to control the symptoms and use of diapers or urinary catheters are the only options.

it is difficult to manage patients who have medical conditions that need constant supervision and assistance and nursing care, at home settings.

In such cases, care givers need to get counselling and training to manage their loved ones at home.

Other options would be to get help from trained home nurses who help you give proper nursing care to such patients at home itself.

In severe cases, such patients are better managed at a old age home, with round the clock nursing and supervision, to assist the patients.
