what the cause for which I am suddenly loosing my weight?

Sir, I am a 21 years old boy from Bangladesh. I am suddenly losing weight. My weight is 51.5 kg and my height is 1.64 meter. In the last 5 months I have lost 3-4 kg of wight but I haven't changed my diet at all. I have already have a whole body check up and every thing seems to be normal. Then what the cause for which I am loosing my weight?

It seems that despite the checkup, the cause of weight loss wasn't found. I don't know what part of Bangladesh you live in but intestinal parasites are common in some areas and don't always cause symptoms. So I would make sure stool samples are sent for white cells and ova/parasites-times 3.
Also-some doctors don't get "the right" thyroid tests which are Free T3, Free T4, TPO antibodies and TSH. SO you need to be re-evaluated because "something" is causing weight loss. Other possibilities which are remote due to your young age also exist-all the more reason to be re-evaluated.
