I read your question and i understand your concern. That depends on activities. If you are active and athletic minimum of 3000 is what you should get. Different calorie plans in different circumstances like for losing weight , maintaining weight and meeting the needs of exercise and workout, intake varies. If you are a healthy male then you need an average of 2500 a day.
