what's the meaning of msf both ovary

My ovulation stuty says et(6.5mm),right&left ovary MSF,fluid in pod bill what's mean it is

I read your question and i understand your concern. MSF is multiple small follicles and is typical of polycystic ovarian disease which needs treatment. Free fluid is not worrisome in pouch f douglas and is usually physiologic and due to estrogen influence.
