I appreciate your concern

Lower back pain can be due to a number of causes

The one related to weight lifting or doing exertion activity and subsequently having pain is mostly due to a muscular sprain. It can be due to a bulging disc or spinal stenosis that may impinge upon the nerve and nerve roots causing the pain. The treatment would depend upon the cause and severity of the lower back pain.
