My doctor thinks I could have Mono, however my test came back negative which is not uncommon even if you DO have mono. However, I am not really tired..I do have stomach cramps, a really sore spleen, back aches, dizziness, belching and I am only tired when I have to move around. I also have trouble falling asleep until the early morning.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Even if it is mono it needs supportive care and rest and symptoms will improve in a weke or two. Tylenol for pain and avoiding contact injuries and sports.
