hi i''m a 19 year old male,i dont really have healthy life style, i keep peeing my self all the time. no matter how many times i go to the toilet . it only started happening recently, i don''t even relise it''s happened till i notice my pants are wet. it''s so embarising and it''s ruining my life it''s getting to the point where i don''t even want to leave the house.

does anyone no why this is happening and can i do anything to stop it.

I suggest you see an Urologist...He/she should be able to help you with this problem...Take care...
