My arm feels kinda numb and also feels like I have working out but it havent. and when I try to move it my muscle around my mosquito bite is sore and I am getting really fatigued

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

You might be having a inflammatory reaction associated with a secondary bacterial infection.

Use of icepacks and ibuprofen will be helpful to control the symptoms.

In case the symptoms do not improve, you might benefit by consulting a doctor for proper advice.
